Services Description

Full technical support for Operating system, Microsoft Office, Internet and Email by telephone and remote control.

Includes 2 site visits 1 for initial PC Health Check,2nd visit 6 monthly visit

Provides no-charge on-site support for operating system, Microsoft Office, INTERNET and EMAIL problems that can not be solved by remote control.

Includes support for scanners, digital cameras, smart-card readers.

Engineer on site within 24 hrs 8am-8pm

New hardware charged at cost price.

Important Note:-

Any Package with 10 Pc’s or up to 20 Pc’s will get on-site Engineer within an hour if logged before 2PM

Any package with 20 Pc’s or above will get on-site Engineer within an hour

All Business Support Customers will get one month free if the total amount is paid upfront.

All call outs are guaranteed a 2 hour turn around within the Greater Manchester Area.

A surcharge of £100 will apply for Emergency call outs within 2 hours if Any of the fixed term Business Support Customers chose not to pay upfront
